The new User Interface now features a more detailed menu on the left, which allows user to easily contact our support team at any time.
Not only will you find the user experience to be more efficient throughout the platform, but Support is now available at the click of a button.
We have also updated the look and feel of the platform. The color and design are not only more pleasing on the eyes, but it is designed to be easier and more efficient to navigate through the portal.

If users prefer the classic view, users will still have the option to do so until the end of August. Users can move freely and easily between the Gemini view and the Classic view.
To go from Gemini to the Classic view.
- Click on account settings
- Click on Theme
- Click on Classic View
- Click Update Preference.
To go from Classic view to Gemini view.
- Click on My Account
- Scroll down to Change your Theme
- Click on Gemini
- Click Update Preference.
