XtremeLabs LLC achieved a high Net Promoter Score® of 47 after reimagining our customer experience. Per Satmetrix, a Net Promoter Score of 28 is average for the Software and Apps sector, making our NPS of 47 an excellent outcome for our teams’ efforts.
Updates to the XtremeLabs platform continue to improve the communication between users and our support team. A live chat feature has been embedded right into the account portal. Users can easily chat with the support team while they learn on demand and request assistance from the account portal or the lab environment.
